How to complete the Nicotine-free Agreement

To certify that you are Nicotine free, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website and hover over More.
2. In the drop-down menu that appears, select My Profile.
   
3. Scroll down the page, and then locate the Nicotine-free Agreement section.
4. Click on View the Agreement.
   
5. Read through the agreement, and then click on the circle next to I agree.
6. You've completed the Nicotine-free Agreement!
