How to leave a Team in the Challenge using your Virgin Pulse mobile application

To leave a Team in a Challenge you are joined in, please follow these instructions:

1. Open your Virgin Pulse mobile application, tap on Social, then Challenges. 
   
2. Click on View Challenge. 
   
3. Once the page opens, click on Resources and you will see the option to Leave Challenge.
   

Please note that if you leave the Challenge or Change Teams after the Challenge had already started, you will most likely not be able to Join the Challenge again. You can always check that in your Challenge rules.
