How to earn rewards and points with Garmin Follow
Please note, that earning Points for the activity must be offered by your sponsor. Check out your "Rewards" page to learn about your earning opportunities!
Once you've paired your Garmin account to your Virgin Pulse account, you can earn rewards for Steps or Workouts on your Garmin device (depending on the type of Garmin device that you have as not all Garmin devices track steps). Check out our list of compatible Garmin devices here!
The rewards for Steps using your Garmin device.
- More than 1,000 steps in a day will earn 10 Points.
- More than 2,000 steps in a day will earn 20 Points.
- More than 3,000 steps in a day will earn 30 Points.
- More than 4,000 steps in a day will earn 40 Points.
- More than 5,000 steps in a day will earn 50 Points.
- More than 6,000 steps in a day will earn 60 Points.
- More than 7,000 steps in a day will earn 70 Points.
- More than 8,000 steps in a day will earn 80 Points.
- More than 9,000 steps in a day will earn 90 Points.
- More than 10,000 steps in a day will earn 100 Points.
- More than 11,000 steps in a day will earn 110 Points.
- More than 12,000 steps in a day will earn 120 Points.
- More than 13,000 steps in a day will earn 130 Points.
- More than 14,000 steps in a day will earn 140 Points.
OR, you can earn rewards for Activity Minutes sessions using your Garmin device.
- 15 minute Activity Minutes session will earn 70 Points.
- 30 minute Activity Minutes session will earn 100 Points.
- 45 minute Activity Minutes session earn 140 Points.
Note: 140 Points is the maximum daily reward for step/workout session activity. However, you will not be rewarded for steps and workout sessions in the same day, but you will rather be rewarded for for the activity with the higher reward amount. If you upload your activity more than once per day, your points will adjust per the step/workout session count.
If offered by your sponsor, and your Garmin device also tracks sleep and you also can earn rewards for sleep tracked!
Garmin steps will display in the "Steps" graph on the "Stats" page. Garmin workouts will display in the "Workouts" graph. Garmin sleep will display in the "Sleep" graph on the "Stats" page.
