Once you have recorded a measurement using a Virgin Pulse Health Station (make sure to save your measurement!), you should see any associated rewards in your Virgin Pulse account within two hours, if not immediately. To see which measurements rewards are available to you, check out the Rewards page.
If you do not see the rewards appear in your Virgin Pulse account within 24 hours, it could be that the Health Station was operating in Offline mode. Once the Health Station comes back online, your measurements, and the associated rewards will be transferred to your Virgin Pulse account.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you've recorded your measurements, please contact our Member Services team via chat or phone to look into your issue further.
Note: a Health Station must be offered by your sponsor in order for you to be able to access it. Please check with your company if Health Stations are available for you to use.
