Once you have registered your Max device to your Virgin Pulse account, you can choose to upload your steps using a USB cord (using a laptop or desktop computer), or wirelessly (using the Virgin Pulse mobile application on a compatible device).
Do you want to upload your Max steps using your computer? If so, please note that you will need to have iSync software installed on your computer. If you've already downloaded the Sync software onto your computer, you can just plug in your Max device using the USB cord included in the packaging. The Sync software should launch, and upload your activity from your Max.
Do you want to upload your Max steps using the Virgin Pulse mobile application? If so, you will need to have the Virgin Pulse mobile app installed on your smartphone. If you've already downloaded and logged into your account on the Virgin Pulse mobile application, you can begin the syncing process. Make sure that Bluetooth capability is enabled on your device, you have the Virgin Pulse mobile app open, and navigate to the Sync screen on your Max to upload your activity!
