Some sponsors allow their employees to invite a spouse/partner to also participate in the Virgin Pulse program. Please check the communication from your employer about the Virgin Pulse program to identify the criteria and process if spouse/partner is eligible to also join the program.
If eligible, spouses/partners can use the general enrollment URL: http://join.virginpulse.com/
When they access this link, they will be prompted to select the sponsor organization. This is usually your, or a family member's, employer, or health plan.
If your spouse is still not able to sign up for the account, or if they are receiving an error during the enrollment, please direct them to reach out to Virgin Pulse Member Services for further assistance.
