How to purchase a Max Buzz Follow
Max Buzz is a sleek and splash-resistant (but not waterproof) daily activity tracker that tracks your steps, sleep, calories burned, distance traveled, and active minutes. Max Buzz also gives you notifications and applause. It's a fantastic way to earn rewards in the Virgin Pulse program!
The Max Buzz works solely in conjunction with the Virgin Pulse mobile app, so before you purchase, make sure that your mobile device is supported! The Virgin Pulse mobile app is compatible with iOS devices and Android phones:
- iOS devices operating on iOS 15.0 and above
- Android devices operating on 10.0.0 or above
To purchase a Max Buzz, follow these steps:
- Log into your account on the Virgin Pulse member website: (member.virginpulse.com)
- Hover over More and select Store.
- You'll be redirected to the Virgin Pulse Store with all of the device options. Hover over Products and click on Fitness Tracking Devices.
Note: Your storefront may have a different banner, depending on your sponsor. - Locate the Max Buzz device. Click on the Buy Now button.
- A pop-up window will appear on your screen to confirm that you have added the device to your Shopping Cart. To access your Shopping Cart and complete your purchase, navigate to the top right corner of the page.
Note: Your pricing may be different than pictured above. - If you would like to apply Pulse Cash towards your order, once you're in the Shopping Cart, locate the Use your Virgin Pulse Reward Cash section at the bottom, left side of the page. In the available text box, enter the amount of Pulse Cash that you'd like to redeem towards the order and click the Apply Cash button.
Note: You can only earn and use Pulse Cash if it is applicable to your program. Check out your Rewards page for more information on your program rewards!
- Once you've applied your Pulse Cash, the Sub-Total section at the bottom, right side of the page will update with the new total amount owed by you (which will ideally be $0.00).
- Check the checkbox next to the I agree with the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally text.
- Click the Checkout button.
- On the Billing Address view, you'll need to select the billing address for your order. If your billing address is listed in the top section, click on the Bill To This Address button, or enter a new billing address below. Click the Next button.
Note: You have to select or enter a billing address even if you are only using Pulse Cash towards your order. - On the Shipping Address view, you'll need to select the shipping address for your order. If your shipping address is listed in the top section, click on the Ship To This Address button, or enter a new shipping address below. Click the Next button.
Note: Please double check this address to make sure that it is correct! - On the Shipping Method view, select the shipping type (should only be one option), and click the Next button.
- If you are required to enter an additional payment, you'll be prompted to enter the information for a credit or debit card.
- On the Confirm view, review all of the information that you have entered so far, including your device order, billing address, shipping address, shipping method, and additional payment information. Click on the Confirm button.
- Your device order has been placed! You will receive a confirmation email for your order to the email address associated to your Virgin Pulse account. You'll receive another email once your order has shipped. The expected delivery time within the US area is 7 to 10 business days from the Order Date. The expected delivery time for international orders is 20 business days.
