How to update your email address via Virgin Pulse website
- Log into the Virgin Pulse member website, and hover over the More menu.
- In the drop-down that appears, select My Profile.
- Scroll to the Account Settings section. Your email will display here. Click on Edit and enter the new email address.
How to update your email address in the Virgin Pulse app
- Open the Virgin Pulse app on your mobile phone.
- Navigate to the Profile menu.
- Once there, tap on the Settings button.
- Scroll down to the Account Settings section and tap on your email address.
- Enter your email address and tap on the Confirm button.
Note: If you are unable to change the email address after following the instructions above, please reach out to our Member Services team in order to have your email address updated in the system.
