In order for your member profile in Virgin Pulse to display as 100% complete, you’ll want to make sure that you have completed the four profile sections!
- To access your profile information, log into the Virgin Pulse member website, and hover over the More menu.
- In the drop-down menu that appears, select My Profile.
- Below the cover photo, you will see a banner that displays the four sections of your profile that need to be completed. If you have completed a section, a green check mark should appear.
- The four sections that you will need to complete for your profile are the following:
- Sign Up! (You've already done that!)
- Profile photo
- About me
- Work details
