How to sync your Max Buzz

Uploading your Max Buzz is cordless and easy! You'll just need to be logged into your Virgin Pulse mobile application. Make sure that you've already paired your Max Buzz device to your Virgin Pulse account.  

Please follow the steps below to sync your Max Buzz:

1. Confirm that the Bluetooth on your mobile device is turned on, and your Max Buzz device is close to your mobile device.
2. Open up the Virgin Pulse mobile app.
   
3. You'll see a line begin to fill up at the top of the screen. That is your Max Buzz device automatically uploading! 
   
4. You may need to "force" a sync by navigating to the home screen in your Virgin Pulse mobile app and swiping down on the screen. 
5. Your Max Buzz will automatically sync every time you open up the Virgin Pulse mobile app on your device.

Note: Max Buzz will not upload when the app is running in the background of your mobile device.
