What to do if someone in the challenge is cheating

Virgin Pulse is consistently working very hard to ensure that challenges are as fun and fair as possible for all of our members.

Despite this, members can accrue steps in ways that are not in keeping with the spirit of friendly, and honest competition.

If you suspect a particular person(s) of cheating, you may reach out to our Member Services team via chat or phone, and provide us with their details. Virgin Pulse, along with your sponsoring company, will determine the steps (if any) required to take further action.
