How should I care for my Max Buzz?

While the Max Buzz device is water/splash-resistant, it is not waterproof. It is important to make sure that the wristband is always fully connected to the Max Buzz when exposed to water. There should be no space between the wristband and the device.

After water exposure, such as showering or washing the dishes, disconnect the USB end of the wristband from the Max Buzz, and check for any moisture. Gently wipe away any moisture with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.

The Max Buzz band is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which is a type of flexible plastic. Regularly rinse and dry your wristband and your wrist, especially after working out. Rinse the wristband with water. Do not use any abrasive cleaning solutions that could get trapped beneath your wristband and irritate your skin. You should also regularly clean your band to remove the build-up of any oils and lotions.

You’ll also want to make sure that you are not wearing your Buzz wristband too tight, as this could also irritate your skin and damage the straps. Make sure you can move the band back and forth on your wrist when you are wearing it.
