To change the language on the website, please follow the steps below:
1) Log into the Virgin Pulse member website
2) In the top navigation menu, hover over the More tab
3) in the drop-down menu that appears, click on My Profile
3) On your “My Profile” page, scroll to the “Account Settings” section. Click on Edit and select your preferred language.
To change the language on the app, please follow these steps:
1) Log into the Virgin Pulse app, and tap on the More icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
2) Once there, tap Settings.
3) Scroll down to the Account Settings section, tap on Language and select your preferred language.
4) You will then need to go to your phone’s settings and change the language of your phone to match the language on the app in order to see the update.
