How to change the language on VP website and app Follow
To change the language on the website, please follow the steps below:
- Log into the Virgin Pulse member website.
- In the top navigation menu, hover over the More tab.
- In the drop-down menu that appears, click on My Profile.
- On your My Profile page, scroll to the Account Settings section. Click on Edit and select your preferred language.
To change the language on the app, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Virgin Pulse app, and tap on the More icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Once there, tap Settings.
- Scroll down to the Account Settings section, tap on Language and select your preferred language
- You will then need to go to your phone’s settings and change the language of your phone to match the language on the app in order to see the update.
